Primary Green Mark Product Certification has been promoted for 7 years. The product category is predefined each year, and EPA invites scholars to make the specification of this kind of product, EPA also makes market survey on these products’ marketability. If manufacturer’s production is in compliance of the specifications, then they can apply for the certification.
Because the production specification is made through scrutinized auditing process, and it is very time consuming, therefore, the product choose is usually the product that is related to the daily life necessity, buying in large quantity, or is promptly needed by the consumer.
