What pollutants need to be declared?

According to the regulations outlined in Article 21, Paragraph 1 of the Air Pollution Control Act, as amended and promulgated on March 29, 2013, private establishments are obligated to declare emissions of air pollutants from fixed pollution sources. The types of air pollutants covered include particulate matter, sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides, volatile organic compounds, toluene, xylene, benzene, ethylbenzene, dichloromethane, 1,1-dichloroethane, 1,2-dichloroethane, chloroform, 1,1,1-trichloroethane, carbon tetrachloride, trichloroethylene, tetrachloroethylene, and any other air pollutants designated by the central competent authority.
