The Bureau is housed within the Nantou County Government. Visitors from the north or south are suggested to take the following routes:

• Southbound route:
  Take National Highway 3, get off at the Zhongxing off-ramp, take the Nantou exit, turn left to Nangang Industrial Park, drive along Nangang Third Road to Nangang First Road, turn left at the traffic light on Zhongxing Road around the 215K+200 mileage sign of Provincial Highway 3, pass the District Court on the right and go straight for about one minute.
• Northbound route:
  Take National Highway 3, get off at the Mingjian off-ramp, go north along the Provincial Highway 3 to about 215K+200 mileage sign, turn right at the traffic light on Zhongxing Road, pass the District Court on the right and go straight for about one minute.
